There have been many tall (or should we say long) tales about the longest penis in the world. Trying to find a true answer meant that I had to go beyond the web. The information on the web is at best sketchy and a worst out right fabrication. I managed after several days of research to come up with a comprehensive answer.
I found one site that claimed a man with an extremely long penis that due to the amount of blood that flowed into the two chambers within his penis when erect. Led to the problem with him fainted every time he got an erection due to the lack of blood in the rest of his body. This is a ludicrous acquisition and Mother Nature would ensure that this wasn't possible. Still this urban myth continues in many guises and forms and was first recorded in Chicago in the late 1978.

has to be and was ratified by independent measures and is the acknowledged record to be the true world record by most people. There have been many other claims to the title.
Dr. David Reuben in his book "Everything You Wanted to Know about Sex" is one such man to have put forward that he was the man to record the world's largest penis. Dr. David Reuben claimed he had measured a 14 inch penis but it was never independently verified and has been dismissed as a possible contender to the crown.
There are other claims on the internet but most of these are false and cannot be medically accredited which is the key to any real claims to the world's biggest penis.
Incidentally the largest penis ever erected was in China at an amusement park. The 30ft erection, named Sky Pillar, has been built at Longwan Shaman Amusement Park in Changchun city. Builders wrapped more than 6,500ft of straw around the steel structure which stands on an altar atop 1,250ft high Qinlong Hill. This maybe an amusing tale but the real question I would ask is why anyone would want to build a 30ft penis anyway? The reports indicate that it is a very popular tourist attraction.
